- Nexora is an online accounting and business management platform for Canadian businesses. It brings invoicing, expenses, bills, banking, sales tax, payroll and financial reports together in one secure workspace, built on real double-entry bookkeeping.
- Yes. It's built with Canadian businesses in mind: Canadian dollars by default, provincial sales tax rates (GST, HST, PST, QST) set up for you, a GST/HST return worksheet, and payroll deductions based on CRA's published formulas.
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to that plan's features.
- You add a card when you sign up, but you won't be charged until your free trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
- Yes. Invite your accountant or bookkeeper with their own login and a role that fits — Accountant, Bookkeeper, Staff, Sales or Read-only — so they see exactly what they need.
- Yes. Import your customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts and open invoices from your previous accounting software or from spreadsheets. Every import is reviewed before it's committed and can be rolled back.
- Yes. Sales tax codes for your province are created when you set up your company, taxes are tracked on every sale and purchase, and reports summarize what you collected and paid for each filing period. Filing itself is still done with the CRA.
- Yes. Reports export to PDF and Excel, and company owners can download a complete backup of their company's data at any time.
