Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nexora (the “Service”), operated by NEXION Integrated Systems Inc. (“NEXION”, “we”, “us”), a corporation located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The Service

Nexora is an online accounting and business management platform. It helps you record and organize financial information, but it does not provide accounting, tax, legal or payroll advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, your tax filings and remittances, and for reviewing results with a qualified professional where appropriate.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the people you invite to your company workspace and the roles you give them.
• Tell us promptly at info@nexiongroup.ca if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Free trials, plans and billing

• New workspaces may start with a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
• Plan prices are listed on our pricing page in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing period.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
• If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend access until the account is brought up to date.

4. Your data

You own the business data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and back it up in order to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time while your account is active. After cancellation we may delete your data following a reasonable retention period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other customers’ data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (for example payment processing, bank connections or email delivery). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NEXION is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or remain unpaid.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
